Pricing, Discounts & Offer Terms
This Promotions Transparency page explains how discounts, free trials, promotional offers, coupons and other deals work for TiFlight. Our goal is to keep all promotions clear, honest and easy to understand, so you always know what you are getting and what you will pay.
This page should be read together with our Terms of Service, Refund & Cancellation Policy and any specific promotional terms shown during sign-up.
We operate in full compliance with applicable consumer protection laws, including the EU Omnibus Directive regarding price reduction announcements.
To ensure you are getting a genuine deal, we adhere to strict standards when displaying discounts:
When we show a price crossed out (e.g., €14.99 €9.99), the crossed-out price represents the lowest price at which the product was sold in the last 30 days prior to the promotion.
We do not artificially inflate prices immediately before a promotion to make the discount appear larger than it really is.
We may occasionally offer one or more of the following:
A lower monthly or yearly price for a limited time (e.g., "Summer Sale").
A special price for your first billing period(s) only. After this period, the price reverts to the standard rate.
A period where you can use paid features at no charge. Note that these often require a valid payment method to prevent abuse.
Codes entered at checkout that reduce the price by a fixed amount or percentage.
Discounts offered via third-party partners. TiFlight is not responsible for verbal promises made by streamers that contradict our written terms.
We also reserve the right to limit promotions to certain countries, regions, platforms, or user groups. Not all promotion types will always be available.
For any promotion, we aim to display clearly:
If there is a recurring subscription involved, we will clearly state that the subscription auto-renews at the end of each billing period, and at what price it will renew (whether the promotional price continues or changes to the normal price).
Some promotions are limited in time. For these promotions, we will clearly communicate:
Once a promotion has ended, new purchases will be charged at the normal price. We are not required to apply the expired promotional price retroactively.
When we offer a free trial, we will clearly state the length of the trial and what happens at the end.
Current TiFlight ELITE trial:
Eligible FREE pilots may choose to activate a seven-day ELITE trial after completing their first tracked flight. No payment card is required, the trial does not start automatically, and it does not convert into a paid subscription. Access returns to the pilot's eligible plan when the displayed end date is reached unless they separately purchase PRO or ELITE.
Introductory prices are lower prices available for a limited initial period (for example, "first 3 months at €4.99, then €9.99 per month"). When you sign up, we will show how long the price lasts and what the regular price will be afterwards.
If we issue coupons, promo codes, or vouchers, each code will come with its own rules. Unless explicitly stated otherwise:
We may limit promotions based on country, language, currency, or technical constraints.
We also reserve the right to reject or remove access to a promotion if:
While we try to ensure all promotional information is accurate, mistakes can occasionally occur (for example, a price displayed incorrectly as €0.01 instead of €10.00 due to a bug).
In the event of a Manifest Error (an error that is obvious and unmistakable to a reasonable person), we reserve the right to:
We are not legally required to honor a price that is clearly the result of a technical malfunction.
If a promotion includes bonus "Teleport Credits" or "AirCredits", usage of these credits may impact your eligibility for a refund. If you consume the bonus credits, we may deduct their value from any refund issued.
If TiFlight ever offers a "Lifetime Access" deal, please note: "Lifetime" refers to the lifetime of the Service (the duration the servers remain online), not the lifetime of the user. If the Service is discontinued, the subscription ends.
We design our promotions to comply with applicable consumer and advertising laws. However, laws can differ depending on where you live.
If a specific term in a promotion conflicts with mandatory law in your country (e.g., specific rules on cooling-off periods in the EU), the conflicting term will not apply, but the rest of the promotion's terms will remain in effect.
We may change, suspend or end promotions at any time, subject to any specific commitment made to you at the time you joined the promotion.
We may also update this Promotions Transparency page from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top and, where appropriate, provide additional notice via the Service or email.
