Fulfillment Policy

This document outlines the delivery, fulfillment, and activation protocols for TiFlight services. Please read carefully to understand how your digital products and subscriptions are delivered.

Last updated: October 13, 2026

1. Overview & Nature of Service

This Fulfillment Policy explains how and when we deliver access to the digital services and content provided by TiFlight, including our web platform, plugin for Microsoft Flight Simulator or X-Plane 11/12, and any related virtual economy features (the "Service").

Digital-Only Product: Because TiFlight is a purely digital platform, there is no physical shipping, packaging, or handling. All delivery is performed electronically via our secure servers.

Nothing in this policy replaces or overrides our Terms of Service or Refund & Cancellation Policy. In case of conflict, the Terms of Service shall prevail.

2. Account Requirement

To access the Service and any paid features, fulfillment is contingent upon a valid user account. You must:

  • Create a user account on our official website;
  • Provide a valid, accessible email address (for delivery of confirmation and access tokens);
  • Complete the checkout process with valid payment details.

Responsibility: You are responsible for providing accurate contact details. TiFlight is not responsible for non-delivery resulting from misspelled email addresses or full email inboxes.

3. Immediate Delivery & Right of Withdrawal

Consumer Rights Notice (EU/UK/International)

By purchasing a subscription or digital content from TiFlight, you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal (the 14-day cooling-off period) once the digital content or service has been made available to you.

3.1. Instant Activation: Upon successful payment processing:

  • Your account is instantly upgraded to the purchased tier (PRO or ELITE).
  • Access to premium missions, expanded fleets, and the leasing system is unlocked immediately.
  • A confirmation email serves as proof of delivery.

If you do not see your subscription activated within 30 minutes, please log out and back in, check your spam folder, or contact support immediately.

4. Virtual Goods & Economy Assets

The Service includes virtual assets such as "AirCredits" (AC), virtual aircraft, airline reputation points, and other in-game items.

  • Delivery of Assets: Virtual goods are considered "delivered" when they appear in your account ledger or dashboard.
  • License Only: You acknowledge that you do not own these virtual items. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use them within TiFlight.
  • No Monetary Value: Virtual assets have no real-world cash value and cannot be exchanged, sold, or redeemed for fiat currency outside of the Service.

5. Plugin Download & Updates

The TiFlight Connector Plugin for supported flight simulators is an essential part of the fulfillment for certain tiers.

  • Access: The download link is provided in your Dashboard immediately after account creation/purchase.
  • Updates: We fulfill our ongoing service commitment by providing periodic updates to the plugin to ensure stability. Updates are delivered via the website or an auto-updater.
  • User Responsibility: You are responsible for installing the plugin correctly and ensuring your system meets the requirements.

6. In-Game Data Synchronization

After installation, the plugin attempts to sync with our servers. Fulfillment of the "tracking" feature is dependent on:

  • A stable internet connection on your end;
  • Non-interference from third-party firewalls or antivirus software;
  • Use of a legitimate copy of Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020/2024 or X-Plane 11/12.

If synchronization fails due to client-side issues (e.g., no internet), TiFlight is not liable for "non-delivery" of flight data tracking.

7. Simulator Dependencies & Third-Party Limitations

TiFlight is a third-party utility. We do not control Microsoft Flight Simulator or X-Plane updates.

We are not responsible for delivery failures or service interruptions caused by:

  • Simulator updates that temporarily break plugin compatibility;
  • Crashes or performance issues within the simulator itself;
  • Conflicts with other community mods (e.g., FSUIPC, specific aircraft addons).

If a supported simulator update breaks compatibility, we commit to releasing a patch as soon as technically possible. This delay does not constitute a breach of fulfillment.

8. Subscription Renewals & Trials

For recurring subscriptions (PRO/ELITE):

  • Continuous Delivery: Service is delivered on a continuous basis. Renewal payments extend this access for another billing cycle.
  • Fulfillment Date: For renewals, fulfillment is deemed complete the moment the payment is processed.
  • Free Trials: The current optional seven-day ELITE trial requires no card, starts only after an eligible pilot activates it, and ends without an automatic charge or paid conversion. A paid subscription begins only through a separate checkout confirmed by the customer.

9. Service Availability

We aim for 99% uptime, but scheduled maintenance or unplanned outages may occur. Temporary inability to access the platform (e.g., for server maintenance) does not constitute a failure to deliver the product, provided access is restored within a reasonable timeframe.

10. Failed Delivery & Resolution

If you have paid but cannot access your account or premium features:

  1. Verify the payment status with your bank/provider.
  2. Check that you are logged into the correct email address associated with the purchase.
  3. Contact our support team immediately.

We will investigate and manually fulfill the order if a technical error occurred on our side.
